The icons that you can see in the Help Centre are there to help you identify where you need to go for assistance on this site.

We have tried to map the whole site in to three general sections:
1. Buying and Selling.  (all of the commercial activity that can be viewed by all members)
2. My Mlots  (your private area that lists all of your activity on the site)
3. Help Centre  (the area that can can show you where to find the answers to any query you may have on the site)
